Terms and Conditions
Booking
A deposit of £50 accompanied with this signed booking form, secures your booking. The balance of your holiday plus the good housekeeping deposit must be paid not later than 6 weeks before your arrival date. If you book within 6 weeks of your holiday we require full payment with the signed booking form.
Arriving & Departing
All bookings run weekly Saturday to Saturday unless previously arranged. Arrivals are welcome from 4pm onwards. On departure day we request that you leave the cottage by 10am. Later departure can be arranged at the time of booking, depending on availability.
Cleaning
For lets of over one week, the cottage will be cleaned on Saturdays.
Bed Linen & Towels
Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra cost. For lets of over one week, linen and towels will be changed on Saturdays.
Disabled Access
The cottage has a ramp for disabled access. All rooms are on one level.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
Pets
Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. However dogs are only allowed in the living areas of the cottage and are not allowed in the bedrooms. Pet owners will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property, contents or garden by their pet and for any cleaning up that may be required
Cancellation
Please telephone as soon as possible to let us know if you have to cancel. We will then try to relet the cottage and if we do we will refund your money. However if we are unsuccessful the following charges will apply:

Good Housekeeping Deposit
A good housekeeping deposit of £50 is required at the time of payment. This is returnable to you less the cost of making good any damage or loss to the cottage or for excessive cleaning found necessary following your stay.
